This site was established to simplify and settle on most issues and complications that both sellers and buyers face on other liquidator websites and online auctions. LiquidationTime.com was founded by a team of online sellers who became frustrated with the limitations and restrictions of so many auction sites.

Consequently, we’ve decided to collaborate and come up with an online site that is flexible and always open to customer suggestions and needs.  LiquidationTime.com was launched to change the online experience for buyers and sellers alike.

• Buyers and Sellers Know What to Expect: The buyer and seller view and agree to terms before any transaction begins
• Payments are Guaranteed: Instead of sending payment directly to the seller, the buyer sends payment to LiquidationTime.Inc where it is held in a trust account  (escrow account).
• Inspect before we pay: buyers have 48 hours to inspect items and see if the seller have met his or her auction descriptions, upon approval of goods/services the agreed payment will be released to the seller
• Shipments are safe: The seller may feel safe when shipping the merchandise to the buyer, knowing that the buyer's payment has been verified and is safely held by LiquidationTime.Inc.

At LiquidationTime.com we have worked hard to reduce the problems associated with online purchasing and provide our customers with a multitude of options for selling their goods. By joining LiquidationTime and becoming a member you will benefit :-  

• Buyers Not Paying/Sellers Not Shipping -At LiquidationTime.com we recognize that your time and energy is a valuable resource. Therefore, we will pay the injured party in any transaction $50.00 dollars. (See Terms and Conditions for full details).

• Contact problems -  Are you tired of making call after call or sending email after email, only to not get a response. At LiquidationTime.com our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you email or call us we will respond to resolve the issues.

• Limitations - At liquidationTime.com, we do not interfere with your freedom to sell items of your choosing. You can sell salvaged items, used, new etc. We will not stop you from selling on our website in favor of someone else.  However, buyers and sellers alike are responsible for compliance with local, state and federal laws.

• Late services -  You are in a rush! You are waiting for a shipment to arrive, or for your money to be released! Who cares? At LiquidationTime.com, We care! As soon as you pay, the shipping process starts! All shipments are to be made within the specified time limit.                                                                                     

        Once you ship and the buyer receives the shipment, if no dispute is filed in the time allotted, your money will be  released without delay. You’ve done your job, the buyer has done his, and in return, our team will do their job, all within the time limit, not days and weeks.

• Fraud - LiquidationTime.com takes very seriously all allegations of fraud by any party and maintains a full time staff of experienced investigators to pursue and assist in prosecuting violators.

• Missing Merchandise - LiquidationTime.com is currently developing a program to reduce and/or eliminate fraud.  As these programs come online they will be made available to our customers.
