Become A Verified Member (Required Documentation)

All applicants for verified member status must provide the following documentation with their application. 

 

Individuals and Sole Proprietors

  •  Copy of driver license or Local, County, State or Federal government issued identification card

  •  Copy of one utility bill listed under your name

  •  Copy of business license or DBA form. (if Applicable)

  •  Completed VM application (Download PDF application)

 

Corporations

  •  A copy of a Certificate of Good Standing from your Department of State

  •  Certificate of Formation

  •  A list of all corporate officers

  •  Completed VM application (Download PDF application)

Receipt and Approval of Verified Member status.

Upon receipt of your application, we will do the following:

  • Verify the information provided by use of online restricted information databases.
  • Send a restricted delivery confirmation letter to verify the address provided. (You must follow the instructions in the letter to confirm your application).
  • Place a telephone call to the applicant to verify their application.

 

Privacy

Please note that all information provided is for the exclusive use of LiquidationTime.com and its investigative staff to verify your identity and corporate standing. This information will not be sold, resold or otherwise provided to anyone other than the staff and investigators of LT. 

 

Granting or Denial of Verified Member Status

LiquidationTime.com reserves the right to refuse VM status to any applicant who in our judgment does not meet our criteria for granting of VM status.  Denial of VM status does not mean denial to become a seller/buyer on our site and all denials are kept in the strictest of confidence.  Applicants turned down for Verified Member status may reapply ninety (90) days after the receipt of their denial notification if they feel they have resolved the reason for their denial.  All application fees are non-refundable
